- F1On July 28, 2017, Qingxi Huang was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cloud Security Corporation. The shares reported herein are held directly by China Israel; Biotechnology Co. Ltd. ("CIB"), a Chinese corporation, and Central Bio-MD Valley Technology Co., Ltd. ("CBV"), a Chinese corporation. Mr. Huang is a controlling officer and director of CIB and CBV and has voting and dispositive control over the shares reported herein.
- F2The shares owned by CIB and CBV were acquired pursuant to a Stock Purchase Agreement, which closed July 28, 2017, between Mr. Michael Dunn and CIB and CBV for an aggregate 6,000,000 restricted common stock shares at a cost basis of $0.033 per share.
