- F1Common stock acquired upon settlement of performance share units ("PSUs") granted February 20, 2013, pursuant to the SunCoke Energy, Inc. Long-Term Performance Enhancement Plan in a transaction exempt under Rule 16b-3. These PSUs, granted within a preset range, vest at the end of a three-year performance, on the third anniversary of the grant date, in an amount contingent upon attainment of specified performance criteria. Earned PSUs are settled by delivery of an equal number of shares of common stock, subject to applicable taxes upon delivery.
