Explanation of responses
- F1On October 19, 2015, a grant of Restricted Stock Units (each, an RSU) was made pursuant to the Companys Omnibus Plan. Each RSU is the economic equivalent of one common share of the Company. The RSUs vest over four years, with the first 25% vesting on the first anniversary of the date of grant and 25% vesting yearly thereafter.
- F21,723 Shares were withheld by the issuer for payment of withholding tax liability incurred upon the settlement of 6,222 RSUs previously granted, which vested on October 19, 2016 thereby resulting in the insider receiving 4,499 shares.
