Explanation of responses
- F1Disposed of pursuant to the merger between the issuer and First NBC Bank Holding Company. Pursuant to the merger agreement, each share of State Investors Bancorp, Inc. common stock was converted into cash in the amount of $21.51.
- F2The option which provided for vesting in five equal annual installments beginning January 24, 2013, was cancelled pursuant to the merger agreement between issuer and First NBC Bank Holding Company. Pursuant to the merger agreement, each stock option was cancelled in exchange for a cash payment equal to the excess of $21.51 over the exercise price of such option.
