- F1In addition to the 9,000 shares of common stock, after the transaction and subject to the Company's equity incentive plan, Mr. Foster will hold (i) 82,500 restricted stock units, 27,500 of which will vest on March 4 2015, 2016 and 2017, and (ii) 50,000 options to purchase common stock, 23,958 of which are vested and 26,042 of which vest in equal increments on a monthly basis so as to be 100% vested on March 4, 2017.
