Explanation of responses
- F135,760 shares of restricted stock granted on 9/5/2012 pursuant to the First Connecticut Bancorp, Inc.'s 2012 Stock Incentive Plan and will vest in five equal annual installments of 20%, the first installment of 7,152 shares vested on the grant date and an additional 20% to vest on each annual anniversary of the grant date thereafter. As of the Transaction Date, all shares have vested.
