Explanation of responses
- F1On June 16, 2014, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 30,000 shares of common stock. The option vests only upon achievement of a performance-based milestone. The performance criteria were met, resulting in vesting of the option. Upon achievement of the milestone, fifty percent of the shares immediately vest with the remaining shares vesting over the 24 month period following the vesting commencement date, subject to the reporting person's continuous service to Regulus.
