- F2The securities were held by Pruitt Enterprises, LP. Mr. Pruitt is one of five limited partners of Pruitt Enterprises, LP. The general partner of Pruitt Enterprises, LP is Pruitt Ventures, Inc. Mr. Pruitt is the President and sole director of Pruitt Ventures, Inc. Mr. Pruitt and his wife own a majority interest in Pruitt Ventures, Inc. The reporting person disclaimed beneficial ownership of these securities, except to the extent of any pecuniary interest therein and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person was the beneficial owner of these securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
