- F2Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Ordinary Shares, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through the applicable vesting date. Following the sale of the Ordinary Shares issued upon settlement of the RSUs that had fully vested, the remaining RSUs vest as follows: 141 RSUs vest on September 19, 2027.
