- F1This amendment is filed to amend the number of options to purchase shares of common stock held by Steven Wolberg. Initially, Net Element, Inc. awarded 1,400,000 options to purchase shares of common stock to Steven Wolberg pursuant to the terms of that certain 2013 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended. On April 12, 2016, Net Element, Inc. rescinded 1,200,000 of such options, thereby reducing such option award to 200,000 options.
