- F1On October 3, 2016, a Form 4 was erroneously filed on behalf of the reporting person, reporting the grant of 40,000 shares of common stock. Such grant, while approved by the Board of Directors, was subject, in all respects, to approval of the shareholders of the Company, and will be included as part of the proposals to be submitted to shareholders of the Company at the next Shareholders' Meeting. Such grant will not be consummated and will only be made and reported at such time as it has been approved by the shareholders of the Company at the next Shareholders' Meeting.
