Explanation of responses
- F1Received in exchange for 121,125 shares of Comanche National Corporation of Delaware ("Comanche") common stock in connection with merger of Comanche into Spirit of Texas Bancshares, Inc. ("Spirit") (the "Merger"). At effective time of Merger, each share of Comanche common stock was converted into the right to receive approximately 5.37 shares of Spirit's common stock and $30.67 in cash. On the effective date of the Merger, the closing price of Spirit's common stock was $18.99 per share.
