("Apple Hospitality") and 34 Consolidated, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Apple Hospitality (the "Merger Agreement"), this option was assumed by Apple Hospitality in the merger of the Issuer and 34 Consolidated and replaced with an option to purchase 3,157 common shares of Apple Hospitality for $19.17 per share.
