- F1On February 1, 2018, CCA Acquisition, LLC acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of Cole Capital Advisors, Inc. held by VEREIT Operating Partnership, L.P. (formerly ARC Properties Operating Partnership, L.P.). Pursuant to this transaction, VEREIT Operating Partnership, L.P. also disposed of all 13,333 shares of common stock (Wrap Class Shares) of the Issuer to Cole Real Estate Income Strategy (Daily NAV) Advisors, LLC. A value of $15.00 per share was attributed to these shares in the transaction.
