Bennett 1991 Revocable Trust, of which Reporting Person is a Trustee ("Bennett Family Trust"), including the following shares transferred from the Reporting Person to Bennett Family Trust on January 5, 2016 of a total of 10,413 shares from the Reporting Person's December 29, 2015 option exercises.
- F2One-fourth (1/4th) of the Option vests one year after January 19, 2016; the balance of the Option vests in a series of thirty-six (36) successive equal monthly installments thereafter.
