Explanation of responses
- F1On May 5, 2015 the Reporting Person was granted an option to purchase 100,000 shares of Common Stock. The stock option vests upon achievement of certain performance metrics in any four consecutive fiscal quarters completed during the term of the stock option. On April 19, 2017 certain performance criteria were certified to have been met, resulting in vesting of the stock option as to 20,000 shares. In addition, this Form 4 reflects an adjustment to ownership previously reported on a Form 4 filed on May 5, 2015, to exclude the unvested portion of this stock option.
