Explanation of responses
- F1On March 15, 2018, the reporting person was granted Performance Restricted Stock Units that vest in the form of common stock based upon the achievement of certain pre-established 90-day average daily closing prices per share goals over a three-year performance period. On June 28, 2018, the Compensation Committee of the Issuer's Board of Directors determined that the performance conditions had been met, resulting in the vesting of these shares.
