Explanation of responses
- F1On February 1, 2019, Mr. Byrne received a distribution of shares of Business Development Corporation of America Common Stock ("Distributed Shares") from Benefit Street Partners, L.L.C. ("BSP"). The Distributed Shares were purchased by BSP from Business Development Corporation of America in a private placement on November 1, 2018 at a purchase price of $8.20 per share.
