Explanation of responses
- F1The option is subject to an early exercise provision and is immediately exercisable. Beginning on November 4, 2011, 2,500 shares subject to the option vest monthly through October 4, 2014 and the remaining 25,000 shares vest ratably over the following twelve months.
- F2Due to a clerical error, the original Form 4 overstated the number of derivative securities beneficially owned following the reported transaction by 7,510 securities. This Form 4/A corrects the clerical error.
