- F2Lovell Minnick Partners LLC is the managing member of Fund IV UGP LLC, which is, in turn the general partner of Lovell Minnick Equity Advisors IV LP, which is, in turn, the managing member of LM Tortoise Investment Holdings IV LLC, which in turn is the managing member of LM Tortoise Investment Holdings IV Co-Investment LLC, which in turn is the majority owner of LM Tortoise Holdings LLC, which is in turn the majority owner of Tortoise Investments, LLC. Tortoise Investments, LLC is the sole member of Tortoise Parent Holdco LLC, which is in turn the sole member of Tortoise Borrower LLC, which is in turn the sole member of Tortoise Capital Advisors, L.L.C., the investment adviser of the Issuer.
