The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by these family members, and this report should not be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of such family members' shares for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
Remarks
Remarks: This Form 4/A amends the Form 4 filing dated December 23, 2014, to correct the amount of securities beneficially owned following the reported transaction. As a result of the reported transactions, the Reporting Person no longer is the beneficial owner of 10% or more of the issued and outstanding shares of the Issuer. As a result, the Reporting Person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with his transactions in the equity securities of the Issuer and therefore will no longer report any such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
