Explanation of responses
- F1The purpose of this Amendment to Form 4 is to correct a typographical error in the original Form 4 filed on January 5, 2016. In the original Form 4, the vesting of the restricted stock units was incorrectly reported as an Acquisition rather than a Disposition in Column 5 of Table II. This Amendment to Form 4 corrects the typographical error and reports the vesting of such restricted units as a Disposition in Column 5 of Table II.
- F2Each restricted stock unit was the economic equivalent of one share of the Issuer's common stock. The reporting person settled the vested restricted stock units for shares of the Issuer's common stock.
