- F1The 100 Mandatory Redeemable Preferred Shares, Series D reported as acquired in Table I represent preferred shares (the "MRPS Shares") beneficially owned by Bank of America NA ("BANA") that were acquired from Neuberger High Yield Strategies Fund (the "Issuer") at a price of $100,000 per share. Prior to this filing, BANA beneficially owned 400 MRPS Shares. BANA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation.
- F2This statement is jointly filed by Bank of America Corporation ("BAC") and BANA. BAC holds an indirect interest in the securities listed in Table I by virtue of its 100% ownership of its subsidiary BANA.
