Explanation of responses
- F1The shares reported (the "Shares") were contributed into Zilkha Partners Special Opportunities, L.P. (the "Partnership") by two new limited partners of the Partnership (the "New Partners") that had purchased the Shares in 2014. The New Partners became limited partners of the Partnership on 11/13/2015 but the Partnership and the New Partners are treating the contribution of the Shares to the Partnership as effective as of 11/1/15. The New Partners were given credit for the capital contribution of $2.94 per Share, which was the closing price on 10/30/15, the last trading day preceding the effective date of the contribution of the Shares to the Partnership.
