- F1These shares were granted to the reporting person on January 8, 2016 pursuant to the 2011 Equity Incentive Plan of STAG Industrial, Inc. The shares are subject to forfeiture over a four-year period, beginning January 1, 2016 (the "Vesting Start Date"). One quarter of the awarded shares will vest and become non-forfeitable on each anniversary of the Vesting Start Date, such that 100% of the awarded shares will be vested and non-forfeitable on the fourth anniversary of the Vesting Start Date.
