Maveron General Partner IV LLC ("Maveron GP") serves as the general partner of each of Maveron IV, Maveron-Entrepreneurs and MEP Associates and has sole voting and investment power with respect to the shares held by Maveron IV, Maveron-Entrepreneurs and MEP Associates.
