TPG is affiliated with (i) TPG Partners V, L.P., (ii) TPG FOF V-A, L.P., (iii) TPG FOF V-B, L.P., (iv) TPG Partners VI, L.P., (v) TPG Biotechnology Partners III, L.P., (vi) TPG FOF VI SPV, L.P., (vii) TPG Iceberg Co-Invest LLC, (viii) TPG Quintiles Holdco II, L.P. and (ix) TPG Quintiles Holdco III, L.P. (collectively, the "TPG Funds"), which directly hold 49,651,557 shares of Common Stock of Quintiles IMS Holdings, Inc. (the "Issuer").
