Explanation of responses
- F1Automatic non-discretionary grant to the Reporting Person of a restricted stock unit ("RSU") under the Issuer's 2017 Equity Incentive Plan (the "Plan") in accordance with the Issuer's non-employee director compensation policy. One hundred percent (100%) of the shares subject to the RSU shall vest on next annual meeting of the Issuer's stockholders following the date of grant, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service on such vesting date.
