Explanation of responses
- F1This filing relates to the exercise of vested options granted to the Reporting Person under one of the Issuer's equity incentive plans, which plan is described in the Issuer's Registration Statement on Form S-1 (333-221003) declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 14, 2017. None of the shares of Common Stock received upon exercise of the option were sold by the Reporting Person and all such shares are subject to a lock-up agreement between the Reporting Person and certain underwriters.
- F2This option is exercisable with respect to one quarter (1/4) of the shares of stock which are subject to this option on June 24, 2016 (the "Initial Vesting Date"). The remaining shares become exercisable in thirty-six (36) equal monthly installments commencing one (1) month after the Initial Vesting Date, provided the Reporting Person continuously provides service to the Issuer through each vesting period.
