(the "Issuer"), any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnote (1) to this Form 4.
- F2Shares of Class A Common Stock owned by St. Albans Global Management Limited Partnership, LLLP, ("SAGM"), which Mr. Novelly may be deemed to beneficially own by reason of his position as chief executive officer of, and his minor pecuniary interest in, SAGM. Includes 185,000 shares previously held indirectly through the Paul A. Novelly Living Trust which were transferred to SAGM on August 26, 2016.
