Remarks
Original Form 4 filed on December 23, 2014 inadvertently contained incorrect signature block. This amended Form 4 notes that the exercise prices of the stock options were adjusted to account for the stock dividend distributed on September 2, 2014. Finally, the number of shares exercised at a price of $13.822 was increased from 3,310 to 3,311 to correct an inadvertent administrative error.
