Of such omitted shares, 4,953 shares were awarded by the Company to the reporting person on April 14, 2014 and are scheduled to vest on April 30, 2017 subject to the reporting person's continued employment with the Company as of such date. All share amounts reported herein reflect a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of the Company's common stock effected on May 13, 2016.
