Explanation of responses
- F1On March 11, 2016, the reporting person entered into a General Release (the "Release"), effective March 14, 2016, between the reporting person and Unilife Corporation. These shares of Common Stock were elected by the reporting person to be forfeited for the payment of income tax withholdings (i) based on the closing price of the Common Stock on March 11, 2016 and (ii) in connection with certain payments to the reporting person and the acceleration of vesting for certain restricted shares of Common Stock, previously awarded to the reporting person, in accordance with the terms of the Release.
