Explanation of responses
- F1A Form 4 was originally filed on June 1, 2015 reporting the grant of 8,949 restricted common shares to Jeremy Wegner, an officer of the Issuer. Inadvertently, the Form 4 reflected the grant was to the Issuer instead of Mr. Wegner. This Form 4 is intended to undo the reporting of the grant to the Issuer and a new Form 4 has been filed on behalf of Mr. Wegner.
