The Restricted Stock Units shall vest as follows: 1/4th of the shares subject to the Restricted Stock Units will vest quarterly over the one-year period following April 5, 2017, subject to the Reporting Person's Continuous Service (as defined in the Issuer's 2015 Equity Incentive Plan) through such dates - meaning 1/4th vests on each of July 5, October 5, January 5 and April 5 over the applicable year-long period.
