Titan Partners, LLC was the direct holder of the shares prior to the transfers reported on this Form 4. Titan Partners, LLC distributed the shares to withdrawing members as payment for their membership units pursuant to Membership Withdrawal Agreements between Titan Partners, LLC and such withdrawing members.
- F2Kamran Nezami is the manager of Titan Partners Management, LLC. Titan Partners Management, LLC is the manager of Titan Partners, LLC. Titan Partners, LLC directly owns 90,170,154 shares of the issuer after the transactions reported on this Form 4.
