On June 27, 2014, the issuer's Board of Directors declared a stock dividend on its issued and outstanding shares of common stock to effect a 13.3935-1 forward stock split that was distributed on July 7, 2014 to issuer's stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 23, 2014.
