- F1Reporting Person returned these shares to the Issuer in exchange for the return of his shares of Strategy to Revenue Limited, a United Kingdom company ("STR"), pursuant to an agreement between Issuer and STR and STR's former shareholders to Unwind the Share Exchange Agreement which occurred on October 14, 2015 and reported in a Form 8-K filed on October 15, 2015, and an Amended Form 8-K filed on December 17, 2015.
