Explanation of responses
- F1Represents shares subject to the restricted stock units ("RSUs"). The RSUs will initially vest as to 12.5% of the total number of RSUs on February 20, 2016 (the "Initial Quarterly Vesting Date"), subject to continued employment on the Initial Quarterly Vesting Date. Thereafter, the remaining RSUs will vest ratably with 12.5% of the total RSUs vesting on each subsequent Quarterly Vesting Date, as defined below, until the RSUs are vested in full, subject to continued employment on each such Quarterly Vesting Date. The Quarterly Vesting Dates are February 20, May 20, August 20 and November 20 of each year.
