- F2Kapitalo settled their position in a certain cash-settled total return swap agreement pursuant to its terms at a settlement price of $17.74 using the Banco Central do Brasil's conversion rate as of August 18, 2026.
- F3Kapitalo settled their position in a certain cash-settled total return swap agreement pursuant to its terms at a settlement price of $17.82 using the Banco Central do Brasil's conversion rate as of August 31, 2026.

The proceeds of the sale were used to purchase an equivalent number of common shares, therefore effectively converting the interest in BDRs to an equivalent interest in common shares.
