- F1Represents restricted stock units granted pursuant to the AOL Inc. 2010 Stock Incentive Plan, as amended and restated. The restricted stock units vest on the earlier of (i) June 1, 2016 or (ii) the day before the 2016 AOL Inc. annual meeting of stockholders. Following vesting, the restricted stock units will be settled by the delivery of common stock to the reporting person within sixty days of vesting.
