- F1On January 21, 2015, 4,117 segment performance share units ("SPSUs") granted pursuant to the AOL Inc. 2010 Stock Incentive Plan vested. In this regard, the Reporting Person received 2,662 shares of AOL Inc. common stock ("shares") and 1,455 shares were withheld automatically in accordance with the Reporting Person's SPSU Award Agreement with AOL Inc. in order to satisfy the tax liability that arose upon vesting of the shares.
