Explanation of responses
- F1Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") were awarded on February 11, 2015, pursuant to the Company's 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "GMLTIP"). The RSUs will vest annually in three equal installments beginning on February 11, 2016 pursuant to the terms of the GMLTIP.
