Canada Development Investment Corporation is an indirect beneficial owner of the reported securities. Canada Development Investment Corporation is a Canadian federal Crown corporation, meaning that it is a business corporation established under the Canada Business Corporations Act, owned by the federal Government of Canada.
- F2The reported securities were called for redemption by the issuer at a price equal to their liquidation amount of $25 per share (plus any accrued and unpaid dividends).
