Explanation of responses
- F1The Reporting Person received an Option to purchase Common Stock from the Issuer pursuant to the Issuer's Stock Option Plan. The Option will become exercisable as to 25% of the shares underlying the Option on February 9, 2019, with respect to 25% of the shares underlying the Option on August 9, 2019, with respect to 25% of the shares underlying the Option on February 9, 2020, and with respect to the remaining 25% of the shares underlying the Option on August 9, 2020.
Remarks
The Form 4 is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to reflect the correct expiration date of the stock option.
