Mr. McIntyre retired as an Officer from the company effective July 1, 2015 and as a result his Restricted Stock vested immediately upon retirement. 6,515 shares of common stock were withheld by the Corporation to pay taxes due upon vesting of the shares, exempt pursuant to Rule 16b-3(e).
