- F1The option shall vest as to 12.5% of the shares on March 1, 2018, and as to 37.5% of the shares in substantially equal installments over the 36 months immediately following such date. The option shall vest as to 50% of the shares upon the approval by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration of a supplemental NDA for second-line maintenance therapy for Rubraca based on data from the ARIEL3 trial.
