- F1Each share of JIVE common stock is represented by a restricted stock unit ("RSU"). 50% of the RSUs vested immediately as of the grant date, and the remaining 50% shall vest in equal amounts on the first day of March, April, May and June 2015, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through each vesting date.
