Explanation of responses
- F1Represents shares surrendered by Mr. Ritts for tax withholdings due as a result of the vesting of 3,750 restricted shares of ASPS common stock. The shares were surrendered pursuant to the terms of his November 13, 2017 Restricted Stock Award Agreement. Pursuant to the terms of the Restricted Stock Award Agreement, the price per share used to determine the tax withholdings was the opening price of ASPS common stock on November 13, 2018.
