- F1On March 7, 2015, Aisling Capital II, LP ("Aisling") distributed 1,000,000 shares of Common Stock (the "Shares") of Cempra, Inc. (the "Issuer") to its general and limited partners on a pro-rata basis, of which Dr. Goldstein received (and now directly holds) his pro-rata interest, consisting of 45 Shares.
- F2The reportable securities are owned directly by Aisling Capital II, LP ("Aisling"), and held indirectly by Aisling GP, as general partner of Aisling, and Aisling Capital Partners, LLC, as general partner of Aisling GP. Dr. Goldstein is a member of the investment committee of Aisling.
